I love this trilogy about robert the bruce.It is historical fiction but the author didn't stray far from the facts.It is a well written account of the hard choices robert the bruce would have faced and the battles that took place.This is by far one of my favorite books I have ever read.After reading this book nigel tranter became one of my favorite authors of historical fiction.
